The representative of His Eminence  Ayatollah Grand Religious Authority Sheikh Bashir Alnajafy (may Allah prolong his life) and the director of his central office in Najaf al-Ashraf His Eminence Sheikh Ali Al-Najafiy, welcomed the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the Vatican, and during the meeting they talked about the importance of consolidating, supporting and activating common goals among religions, especially among ‎  Islamic and Christian religion.

 His Eminence stressed the necessity of spreading the principles of tolerance and authentic Islamic values, and the necessity of preserving the common heavenly principles on which sound human nature is built, most importantly the preservation of the human race and its cultural and religious identity to prevent all behavioral deviations and anomalies that have occurred in many societies.

   Sheikh Al-Najafiy conveyed the greetings and prayers of His Eminence  Ayatollah Grand Religious Authority Sheikh Bashir Alnajafy (may Allah prolong his life)  to the delegation, while the delegation thanked the office for the kind reception it provided.
