Question:The external problem of the process of closing uterus tube for a woman is contrary to the right of the husband in two ways: First: is it obligatory to approach her though it is not possible practically unless the recovery period after the operation is done Second: It is not permissible to leave the house without the husband’s permission, and it is known that the surgical procedure takes place in the hospital, so what do you say about that
Answer:In the name of Allah, if it is the consent of the spouses, then there is no objection as mentioned in the previous answers. Allah knows best.
Question:Some doctors say that the process of linking the two channels in the man is under the abdomen at the top of the thighs, so you can avoid the problem of the gentile, what do you say
Answer:In the name of Allah, if possible, there is no objection. Allah knows best.
Question:Is it permissible to cut off the genital channels if one voluntarily wishes to do that
Answer:In the name of Allah, if it does not lead to harm and is under the supervision of a skilled physician, there is nothing wrong with that. Allah knows best.
Question:Some doctors say that the process of life-long sterilization leads to self-harm and all harm is forbidden in Islam. What is your saying
Answer:In the name of Allah, the doctors are to reveal the damages in order for us to be able judge accordingly. Allah knows best.
Question:In regards to the process of closing the genital tubes for men and women, please answer these questions: A. If the tubes cannot be opened after they are closed, this means that a man or woman becomes sterile and can never conceive. Is this procedure permissible B. If the man’s spermatic duct is closed, it does not lead to the non-production of the testicles that are capable of pollination, and the pregnancy remains through what is known as (IVF) as some doctors say, is this work permissible C. With regard to a woman, closing uterus tubes does not lead her ovaries ceasing to produce eggs monthly. So, if she wants to have children, she can see a doctor, take the egg, and fertilize it with the sperm taken from her husband
Answer:A. In the name of Allah, if it does not require a forbidden act and with the consent of the spouses, it is permissible. Allah knows best. B. In the name of Allah, if the husband is consent, it is permissible, but he should know that such a process is not without painful side effects. Allah knows best. C. In the name of Allah, it is permissible, but on the condition that things that should not be done are not done. Allah knows best.
Question:Is it permissible for a woman to undergo an IUD and what are the cases of exposure
Answer:In the name of Allah, this is absolutely not permissible. Allah knows best.
Question:Is it permissible for a doctor to perform an internal examination for the one who uses the IUD if she: A - If the patient asked her to be examined because she complains of bleeding or other symptoms of infection B - If the patient requested an examination for the purpose of making sure the IUD is in its proper place
Answer:In the name of Allah, if the examination is for treatment and alleviating pain, then it is permissible. Allah knows best. B. In the name of Allah, we have said that the IUD must be removed and it is not permissible to keep it. Allah knows best.
Question:It may be said that the IUD is a device for dropping a fertilized egg. Is the female doctor who places it in the woman's uterine responsible for the resulting abortion
Answer:In the name of Allah, the female doctor is responsible for the prohibition of placing the IUD and is not responsible for abortion. Allah knows best.
Question:Is it permissible for a female doctor to put an IUD for someone who wants to use it as a contraceptive, or not
Answer:In the name of Allah, the female doctor would have done something forbidden and would have deserved to be punished with whipping if she touched or looked at the woman's gentiles for this purpose. Allah knows best.
Question:Is it permissible for a woman to ask her husband for permission to use an IUD
Answer:In the name of Allah, we have issued the ruling that we do not permit the IUD and the consequences of it, even if the spouses are agreed. Allah knows best.
