Question:What is the position of Islamic criminal jurisprudence when a woman beats her husband or one of her children in a sever way when they commit an obscene act such as fornication (may Allah keep it away from you), or an immoral relationship with others through the social media like sending photos in an indecent and exposed manner or having sexual words?
Answer:In the name of Allah, the sharia does not allow the wife to beat the husband. Yes, she is like the rest of the believers in that she must committed to the obligation of enjoining good and forbidding evil. As for her task towards her children, it is to be under raising and enjoining good and forbidding evil only and must not exceed the necessary limitation. Allah knows best.

Answer:In the name of Allah, the ruling varies as per the situation. All of this is under enjoining good and forbidding evil on the husband's side towards his wife or mahram woman. Question:There are some mental illnesses that are treated by listening to music. What is the jurisprudential ruling of this kind of treatment?
Answer:In the name of Allah, if the treatment is limited to it according to the opinion of expert doctors, it is permissible to listen to required time of music only. Allah knows best.
Question:What is the ruling of a psychiatric patient using some psychological treatments or medications that result in the patient experiencing a state of fainting or memory loss, and it may last for a few hours or may last for a whole day?
Answer:In the name of Allah, using such medications must be as per the opinion of an expert doctor. As for committing to the worshipping acts, he is to be committed to all the religious rulings in the event he is aware. If he misses a prayer because of fainting, he has to perform them as missed prayers and the same is applied to other religious obligations. Allah knows best.
