Question:Can places and holy shrines of sons of the Imams and of our masters Abbas and Zainab (PBUH) be regarded as mosques where it is forbidden for the one who is in state of janabat or the woman who is in menses to enter to these shrines?
Answer:In the name of Allah, this does not prevent, if one enters to other shrines than the infallible Imams’ (PBUH) shrines. However, if one intends to degrade the ones in a shrine, it is vital to avoid entering such places by the ones who you have mentioned. Allah knows best.

Answer: In the name of Allah, we understood from the narrations about the prophet (PBUH&HF) that the place between the grave and the pulpit is a spot of paradise. It refers to the pulpit in his (PBUH&HF) holy life only. Allah knows best.
Question:What is his Eminence’s opinion about the narrations which say that the place of putting and burying Imam Hussein’s (PBUH) head is with his father, the master of believers (PBUH)? Those narrations are found in Al-Kafi, Al-Tahtheeb and Kamil Al-Ziarat. Regarding the maqam of the head, is there a trace remaining there?
Answer:In the name of Allah, be informed, my son, that there are different and contradicting narrations about the holy head. I have said many times that it is very difficult to assert the small details of the revolution of Imam Hussein (PBUH) without referring to Ahl Al-Bait (PBUH). The Awaited Imam (AJ) is the one who will clarify that and will point to the grave of his grandmother Al-Zahraa (PBUH), if required. Allah knows best.
Question:We are a group of people from Dewanyia province. We would like to ask your eminence a question. It is about a negative phenomenon in some areas, including where we live. The issue is that some people act on what they see in dreams or visions. Some see in the dream there is a light in the place of a deceased person. They call this light as the Light of Abbas (PBUH). Then, they order to build a mosque (Maqam) for him where people come to ask for their needs and present vows (Nazir).
Answer:In the name of Allah, be informed, my son, that the religious rulings are not proved by dreams or visions and it is not permissible for anyone to refer what he saw in a vison to an infallible. Moreover, it is not permissible for people to believe in it. Allah knows best.

Question:I have some funds in the name of Imam Hussein (PBUH). Is it permissible to donate it to the hospital of Imam Hussein (PBUH) because they are in need of fund? Or, do I have to give it to an orphanage institution here in Kashmir “Al-Masomeen Orphanage”?
Answer:In the name of Allah, if you have vowed (Nazr) that you raise the funds for a specific purpose, any of which that you have mentioned, then you have to use it for that named purpose only. If you have not vowed it for a specific purpose, you can choose whatever place to spend it on. Allah knows best.
