Question:Is the principle of tolerance in the evidence of recommended acts established for you in regard to disliked actions?
Answer:In the name of Allah, those who have accepted this principle have differed; some have applied it to recommended acts, while others have also applied it to disliked actions. As mentioned, we reject it. Allah knows best.
Question:What is the principle of tolerance in the evidence of recommended acts (tolerance in the evidence of Sunnah)? How should we understand this principle, and what does it imply?
Answer:In the name of Allah, this principle has been accepted by some scholars and rejected by others. Personally, I reject it, and the details are discussed in their proper place. Allah knows best.
Question:What is the definition of a fatwa in Islamic jurisprudence?
Answer:In the name of Allah, a fatwa is a declaration of the Sharia ruling with the belief in its validity as established in the Sharia of the great Prophet (PBUH&HF). Allah is the Guide.
Question:Are the principles of jurisprudence considered sources of legislation, and can a jurist derive religious rulings from them?
Answer:In the name of Allah, the principles of jurisprudence are tools for uncovering religious rulings, not their sources. The jurist uses these principles to understand religious rulings. Allah knows best.
Question:Some scholars have more than one supervisor for their research. What is the impact of having multiple reports on delivering the required to the recipient? Why doesn't the researcher write his research himself so that the supervisor doesn't have an impact on it?
Answer:In the name of Allah, there are often cases where the researcher does not find time to write down what is presented in the class. Therefore, researchers focus on the ideas without including everything they have reached. As for the supervisor, each one differs from the other, and there are other factors that contribute to organizing the content in a clear and concise manner. Those who enter this field know what is intended. Allah is the guide.
Question:Was Hajj prescribed after Migration?
Answer:In the name of Allah, Hajj has been prescribed since Abraham (PBUH) built the Kaaba because of His Almighty saying (Call all people to the pilgrimage. They shall come to you on foot and on every lean camel from every distant path,). Allah is the Guide.
Question:Is it possible to infer from the Quranic verse: (then proceed ˹diligently˺ to the remembrance of Allah and leave off ˹your˺ business....) a rule: The command of a thing necessitates the prohibition of its specific opposite, given that the sale is a specific opposite of the order to proceed to the remembrance of Allah?
Answer:In the name of Allah, the verse only forbids selling openly and also forbids other acts that could lead to distract others to prayer or worship Allah on Friday. The verse implies that it is necessary to go to hear the sermon, on Friday. Therefore, using the Quranic verse to enforce the rule 'The command of a thing necessitates the prohibition of its specific opposite ' is absolutely unclear. Allah knows best.
