Question:I am from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and I love to perform Hajj every year, but the law does not allow this except every five years. My question is: Is it permissible for me to circumvent the law so that I wear the normal clothes and enter Mecca as if I were from Mecca until the authorities allow me to enter and after that I discard the normal clothes and complete Hajj. Or, I could enter Mecca through the smugglers who bring me to Mecca by twisting ways and without the knowledge of the authorities. Are these methods permissible and is Hajj problematic or permissible?
Answer:In the name of Allah, you can enter to the state of Ihraam and do Talbya from the meeqaat (timing), and those who are afraid of authorities prevention, so that he stays in his sewn clothes until he is away from authorities. Allah knows best.
Question:Nowadays, there is a kind of campaign going to the pilgrimage outside the framework of government institutions carried out by some of the private travel companies called the “commercial pilgrimage”. Is it permissible to apply for these campaigns with meeting the remaining conditions of ability to perform Hajj of Islam?
Answer:In the name of Allah, Yes, it is permissible and a must. Allah knows best.
Question:It is evident to you that the laws enacted by the government regarding the entry of pilgrims to Mecca to perform Hajj where they require that the pilgrim should be registered in a licensed official campaign, otherwise the pilgrim is prevented from entering. This law has made many pilgrims from the Gulf states who are unable or do not want to pay such abundance of money required by the campaigns licensed to enter Mecca to go in ways that violate the established law, either through personal diligence in searching through a mountain or the like taking them to the Sacred House, or by paying some money to those who know the ways far from the official security forces. Two questions: 1. Is this permissible in Hajj? 2. Is the ability achieved through such ways to the first-time pilgrims?
Answer:In the name of the Allah, it is not permissible to violate the laws enacted by the state in order to regulate the affairs of people. Those laws belong to what you have referred to. However, if one violates the laws and is able in one way or another to reach the places where the pilgrimage is performed, his Hajj is valid. Allah knows best.
Question:If a person beats a group of people in a way which causes redness. Then, they are obligated to pay a religious ransom (Diya). However, is such a religious ransom regarded as an immediate debt that prevents the ability to perform Hajj? If the one who is beaten cannot be reached, then does that prevent Hajj?
Answer:In the name of the Almighty, if paying the ransom, as in the question, is immediate and preventing him from Hajj, then Hajj is not obligatory. Allah knows best.
