His Eminence Ayatollah the Grand Religious Authority Sheik Bashir Al-Najafy (may Allah prolong his life) welcomed visiting delegations from the seminary of Al-Ahrar in Wasit governorate and the cultural project of Iraqi youth from Basra governorate to listen to his advice and paternal guidance.

In his speech, His Eminence Ayatollah the Grand Religious Authority Sheik Bashir Al-Najafy (may Allah prolong his life) emphasized that every individual should strive in obedience to Allah and should associate every action they perform intending to draw closer to Allah, indicating that the foundation of accepting deeds is piety, urging them to be diligent in elevating the levels of piety so that every person may attain the satisfaction of Allah.

His Eminence Ayatollah the Grand Religious Authority Sheik Bashir Al-Najafy (may Allah prolong his life) mentioned that the first steps of piety include holding oneself accountable for every action and word, distinguishing between right and wrong, and working to rectify mistakes with people promptly, repenting to Allah (glorified and exalted be He) and avoiding repeating sins and mistakes.

His Eminence Ayatollah the Grand Religious Authority Sheik Bashir Al-Najafy (may Allah prolong his life) emphasized that holding oneself accountable is a means of individual, familial, and societal reform, urging them to invest their visits to the shrines of the Imams of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) for reform, affirming that the rectification of the self is a sign of the acceptance of the visit.
