The central office of His Eminence the Religious Authority Grand Ayatollah Sheikh Bashir Al-Najafy (May Allah prolng his life) in Najaf Al-Ashraf held annual Hussaini gathering during the first ten days of the month of Muharram Al-Haram.

In his address, the representative of the central office of His Eminence the Religious Authority Grand Ayatollah Sheikh Bashir Al-Najafy (May Allah prolng his life), Sheikh Ali Al-Najafy  stated that the office of His Eminence continues its yearly tradition of commemorating the Hussaini tragedy and holding mourning sessions.

This event was attended by His Eminence the Religious Authority Grand Ayatollah Sheikh Bashir Al-Najafy (May Allah prolng his life), a number of prominent scholars, seminary students, and believers, including the servants of Imam Hussein and esteemed tribal leaders.

He (May Allah prolng his life) emphasized that reviving the memory of the Prophet Muhammad and his pure family (peace be upon them), especially the gatherings for Imam Hussein (peace be upon him), is an act encouraged by the Prophet and his family (peace be upon them) to promote their cause and remember them, seeking closeness to Allah (Glory be to Him).

In concluson, he prayed for the protection of the believers from all harm and for the success of the workers in all their efforts.
