In order to consolidate religious awareness in society, the Al-Anwar Al-Najafyya Foundation for Culture and Development has resolved to organize intensive courses on religious and moral awareness in society. A course targeting a group of medical students was held for three days with the aim of spreading religious and intellectual awareness, under the direction and sponsorship of the office of His Eminence Grand Ayatollah Najafy (may Allah prolong his life).

The official responsible for organizing the course explained that the course aimed to clarify the religious identity of the faithful individual in society and the cultural invasion, and how to confront it with the necessity of being fortified with religious knowledge and armed with the principles of true religion and the tradition of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them).

He added that the course addressed the importance of refuting doctrinal doubts, as well as the jurisprudential interactions in medical issues, and answering the religious questions that doctors need to make practical decisions in their individual and group work. Additionally, the course reinforced the important role and duties of the youth. A series of courses will follow this one.

The participants appreciated the importance of such courses, expressing their gratitude to the organizers.

The course concluded with a visit to the office of His Eminence Grand Ayatollah Najafy (may Allah prolong his life) and the honor of meeting him.

His Eminence (may Allah prolong his life) emphasized learning and advancing in the scientific journey, and not allowing obstacles to cause delays in this field, striving diligently to achieve the highest degrees and reach advanced stages in their scientific journey.

He stated that the country's progress is tied to the advancement of its people and their equipping themselves with knowledge and understanding, noting that the country possesses minds that distinguish it from other countries, and with its location and resources, it requires greater effort from its people to elevate it to the ranks of developed nations.

The representative of His Eminence Grand Ayatollah Najafy (may Allah prolong his life) and the director of his office, His Eminence the Secretary-General of the Al-Anwar Al-Najafyya Foundation, Sheikh Ali Najafy welcomed the students to offer them a series of advice and guidance, blessing their efforts in their scientific journey.

His Eminence stressed the religious commitment and adherence to the path of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), following the principles of true religion, highlighting Allah's mercy, which encompasses everything, and what the Blessed and Exalted wants from the faithful individual in terms of duties such as prayer and worship.

He pointed out the need to avoid sins and turn to Allah with a pure, clean heart in all the individual's actions, seeking His satisfaction, reminding those present of what happens to an individual in life and death and standing before Allah Almighty on the Day of Resurrection, when neither wealth nor children will benefit except one who comes to Allah with a sound heart.

He stated that Allah, the Blessed and Exalted, is merciful to His servants, and His door of repentance is open to everyone. Everyone should take advantage of the days of Muharram Al-Haram and draw lessons from the life of the Master of Martyrs (peace be upon him) and what he presented throughout his pure life until he concluded it by offering his pure blood in the path of raising the banner of truth and true religion, along with the servant’s supplication to his Creator, especially in the night prayer, seeking His forgiveness and pleasure, and repentance from sins.

He prayed for the delegation, asking for the acceptance of their deeds and steadfastness on the path of the Ahl al-Bayt, conveying the greetings and prayers of His Eminence Grand Ayatollah Najafy (may Allah prolong his life) to them.
