Grand Ayatollah Al-Najafy (may Allah prolong his life) suspended his scholarly lessons on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, in solidarity with the brotherly Lebanese people after they were subjected to a brutal barbaric attack, which resulted in the martyrdom and injury of hundreds of citizens.

The media office of his blessed office stated:

In solidarity with the dear Lebanese people, who are facing the fiercest aggression launched against them by the usurping Israeli entity, which has so far resulted in the martyrdom and injury of hundreds of citizens and the displacement of tens of thousands from their areas, Grand Ayatollah Al-Najafy (may Allah prolong his life)  will suspend his lesson tomorrow, Tuesday, corresponding to the 20th of Rabi' al-Awwal 1446 Hijri, and the 24th of September 2024"

The office of Grand Ayatollah Al-Najafy (may Allah prolong his life) also offered sincere condolences to the families of the victims, praying to the Almighty (glory be to Him) for a speedy recovery for the wounded, and for the protection of the Islamic nation from the schemes of criminals.
