His Eminence Grand Ayatollah Al-Najafy (may Allah prolong his life) welcomed the Ambassador of the Lebanese Republic to Iraq, Mr. Ali al-Habhab, and his accompanying delegation.

During the meeting, His Eminence stressed the importance of enhancing bilateral relations between Iraq and Lebanon across various domains, particularly given the exceptional circumstances in the region. He also commended the significant efforts of the Lebanese Embassy in serving Lebanese expatriates and visitors to the shrine of the Master of Martyrs (peace be upon him).

Ambassador al-Habhab expressed his gratitude to Ayatollah Al-Najafy, praising the prominent humanitarian role of His Eminence's office in supporting displaced persons in both Iraq and Lebanon.
