Grand Religious Authority, His Eminence Grand Ayatollah Sheikh Bashir Hussein Al-Najafy (may Allah prolong his life), took part in the Arbaeen million-man march, leading a scholarly delegation from his office. He joined the crowds of pilgrims heading toward the holy city of Karbala via the “Ya Hussein” route connecting the holy cities of Najaf and Karbala.

During his stop among the believers, His Eminence emphasized the spiritual value and great significance of this pilgrimage, calling on everyone to maintain the intention of drawing closer to Allah Almighty while performing this ritual, to fulfill their religious obligations, and to avoid prohibitions.

At the conclusion of his participation, His Eminence prayed to Allah (Glorified and Exalted be He) to protect all believers in general, and the land of sacred sites in Iraq in particular, and to grant the faithful success in following the path of truth, dignity, and honor.
