The representative of the Religious Authority Ayatollah Sheikh al-Najafi (may Allah prolong his life) and the director of his central office in Najaf al-Ashraf, His Eminence Sheikh Ali al-Najafi, participated in the memorial council held in the city of Najaf al-Ashraf, commemorating the soul of the martyr authority, His Eminence Ayatollah al-Uzma Sayyid Ali al-Khamenei (may his noble soul be sanctified).

His Eminence offered his sincere condolences and sympathies over this immense tragedy, recalling the religious and leadership role undertaken by the deceased in serving Islam and Muslims, and the remarkable impact he left on the Islamic arena.

His Eminence supplicated to the Almighty that He may envelop the blessed departed in His vast mercy and abundant pleasure, grant him a place in His expansive paradise, resurrect him with the Noble Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him and his family) and his pure and immaculate household, and inspire his family, his loved ones, and the entire Islamic nation with patience and solace.

The memorial council witnessed a large turnout of scholars, distinguished members of the seminary (hawza), and official and social figures in Najaf al-Ashraf, who gathered to offer their condolences and sympathies, asking the Lord Almighty to envelop the deceased in His vast mercy and to protect the Islamic nation from the entire evil.
