His Eminence Grand Ayatollah the Religious Authority Sheikh Bashir Al-Najafi (may Allah prolong his life) continued receiving visiting delegations from a number of Islamic countries, foremost among them the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the Republic of India, each separately.

His Eminence raised his hands in supplication for the believers, asking Allah Almighty to grant them steadfastness in loyalty and devotion to the Greatest Prophet and his pure and holy Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), and to protect the lands of Muslims from all evil.

His Eminence explained, during his meetings and directives, a number of religious concepts relevant to the esteemed pilgrims, clarifying the status of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), that they are the paths of rectitude and righteousness and the good of this world and the Hereafter, and the ways to the pleasure of God Almighty and His Noble Messenger (may Allah's blessings be upon him and his family(.

His Eminence emphasized the necessity for the believer to be diligent in self-accountability and to elevate the level of self-criticism and self-guidance in their faith journey to attain paths of righteousness and divine pleasure, and to make the Imams of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) the highest and most sublime example in their lives, and the standard by which they measure their behavior and deeds.

His Eminence also presented a number of religious advices and directives, concluding his meetings with prayers for the esteemed pilgrims for what is good and righteous for them.
