Question:Is it valid to include a condition of inheritance for the spouses or one of them in a temporary marriage contract?
Answer:In the name of Allah, that is not valid. Allah knows best.
Question:Regarding temporary marriage (mut'a), if the man does not specify a definite period in the contract but they agree that the period is contingent upon the arrival of the wife's mother to the house, and when she arrives, the period ends. What is the ruling of such a marriage? Is it valid, invalid, or does it always convert to permanent marriage?
Answer:In the name of Allah, it does not always convert to permanent marriage. If the duration is specified by the arrival of the girl's mother and her arrival is determined and temporary, then the duration is specified, and the contract ends when that period expires, even if the mother does not come. If her arrival is not specified, the contract is invalid. Likewise, if the duration is not set, it does not always convert to permanent marriage. And Allah knows best.
Question:It was mentioned in your fatwa that it is permissible for a virgin to marry without the permission of her guardian, provided that she does not engage in intercourse. My questions are: 1-If intercourse through the anus intentionally and knowingly occurs, does it invalidate the marriage contract and constitute a sinful and doubtful act? 2-If they grew impatient and intercourse through the anus happens, what is the ruling in this case? 3-Is there a legal way out if the woman is a virgin and wants to marry herself without the permission of her guardian, especially if she has given up hope of permanent marriage due to a specific reason, upon which the suitors stop proposing to her for permanent marriage, and she fears falling into sin, doubts, and problematic situations?
Answer:In the name of Allah, marriage with a virgin girl is permissible without the permission of her guardian, provided that there is no intercourse from any of the two ways, and physical pleasure through touching, kissing, embracing, etc. is not involved. The act of intercourse through the anus without the guardian's permission is a major sin, and both the doer and the done upon should seek forgiveness, with the ruling of punishment to be determined by the competent Islamic authority. If intercourse through any of the two ways was not intended in the marriage contract, then it is permissible without the guardian's permission. Allah knows best.

Question:With all due respect, I would like to inquire about the atonement for adultery with consent. I have committed this act with a Christian woman, and I would like to know if it is permissible for me to marry her temporarily. I have had a bad relationship with my wife, and we are in quarrel and considering divorce?
Answer:In the name of Allah, if the Christian woman is not married at the time of committing adultery, then it is permissible for you to marry her temporarily. However, if she is the niece of your wife (whether from brother's or sister's wife), it is not permissible to marry her without the consent of your wife. As for adultery, it is a major sin, and you should repent and remain remorseful as long as you are alive. Allah is the Guide, and He knows best.
Question:What is the ruling regarding a man who prevents his son or daughter from temporary marriage, whether he is knowledgeable or not, knowing that this son/ daughter will engage in sinful acts such as masturbation, watching pornography, fornication, homosexuality, or engaging in forbidden glances at the opposite sex?
Answer:In the name of Allah, my son, you should know that Allah, the Exalted, has granted guardianship to the father and grandfather over the virgin daughter, as you mentioned, and it is up to the guardian to choose what is righteous in their view. Furthermore, my son, you should know that any adolescent who engages in the acts you mentioned will not be able to abstain from them every time they desire to experience sexual pleasure, which will ruin their reputation and may even deprive them of permanent marriage forever. The only solution is to seek permanent marriage at the earliest opportunity, and it is better for a father to see his daughter in the care of her husband's home when she reaches the appropriate age. Allah knows best.
