Question:Does the prohibition of bribery in judgment apply specifically to whether the bribe-giver is one of the disputing parties, or does it also include cases where the bribe-giver is someone else?
Answer:In the name of Allah, paying money for a favorable judgment is forbidden, and accepting it is also forbidden, whether it is given by one of the disputing parties or by someone else. Allah knows best.
