Question:What is the view of His Eminence (may Allah prolong his life) regarding the determination of the nights of Qadr (Laylat al-Qadr), and what are the most likely possibilities for it?
Answer:In the name of Allah, the possibilities, in order, are the night of the twenty-third, then the night of the twenty-first, the nineteenth, and the twenty-seventh. Allah knows best.

Question:Is it permissible to serve food to those who are not fasting during the month of Ramadan in restaurants whether there is an excuse for breaking the fast or not?
Answer:In the name of Allah, yes it is permissible because the restaurant owner opens the restaurant to sell food on the non-fasting people. However, if this action is meant to help spread breaking the fast, then it is not permissible under the ruling of helping breaking the fast. Allah knows best.
Question:Is it permissible to put kohl in the eyes and creams on the face while fasting?
Answer:In the name of Allah, it is permissible, but one should be aware not to put something in the eye where it is possible to go down to the mouth. Allah knows best.
Question:If a woman clears from menstruation or puerperium during the day in Ramadhan, is it permissible for her to break the fast by eating or drinking or should she obstinate as a matter of courtesy?
Answer:In the name of Allah, it is permissible for her to break the fast. Allah knows best.
