Question:What is the extent and authority of the Wilayat Al-Faqih (Guardianship of the Jurist) in the era of the Major Occultation?

Answer:In the name of Allah, its concept means that all legislative and executive powers that are established for the Imam (PBUH) are also established for the Guardian Jurist, except for those that require the infallibility which is exclusive to Muhammad (PBUH&HF), Fatimah (PBUH), and the Imams (PBUT). Question:What is the concept of Wilayat Alfaqeeh [Religious Ruler]? What are its limits according to His Eminence (may Allah prolong his life)?

Answer:In the name of Allah, the religious ruler is the one who believes that he has the full religious power in the issues of the people and the country. Everything religious should be under his power except the things that are related to the Muhammad , Lady Zahraa and Infallible Imams (PBUT). It is not permissible to anyone and at any stage of knowledge to prohibit what Allah permits or to permit what Allah prohibits. Allah is the All Guide and Knowing.
