Answer:In the name of Allah, a person who is unable to preserve purity from the gassing from the beginning of ablution to the end of the prayer with only obligatory deeds is called by the religious scholars as constant impurity maker (da'im alhadath) , and he is entitled to perform ablution once for prayer unless it occurs with another event such as sleeping. Question:I have urinary incontinence; urine drops come out after getting out of the toilet taking a bath. How can I perform the prayer?

Answer:In the name of Allah, you must abide by the provisions of the one with urinary incontinence, and you must tighten a cotton pad with a plastic insulator on the head of the glans after urinating and before ablution, then perform ablution and pray. Question:When coughing, sneezing, or stumbling on the road; a drop or some drops fall with irritation from the penis. What is the ruling of its purity? Does it invalidate the ablution, noting that I am committed to Istibraa?

Answer:In the name of Allah, if it is a drop of urine, it definitely invalidates ablution. If it is from pre- or post- ejaculation fluid, it does not invalidate things. Allah knows best.
