Question:We see in Rasala Amalyia (Guide of Islamic Rules) in the section of Zakat that there are many types and branches of Zakat, like Al-Amilon Alaiha (Zakat collectors) and Al-Mu’allafa Qulobohom (people whose hearts are to be reconciled). We would like you to explain each expression, especially Al-Gharimoon (the indebted).
Answer:In the name of Allah, we have clarified these terms in our Risala Amalyia which is entitled (Mustaf Al-Deen Al-Qayiem). You can refer to it in order to know. As for Al-Gharimoon, it refers to the person who has indebted with accumulation of debts or loan, where he cannot pay them back; especially these debts are not on disobeying Allah. Allah knows best.
