Question:The Iraqi army killed in the war with ISIS, are they martyrs for the sake of Allah?
Answer:In the name of Allah, everyone who was killed in defense of dear Iraq in this war is a martyr. Allah knows best.
Question:Our great guide, as we are in the blessed month of Ramadan and in Allah's paradise and at the coming of the holy month of Ramadan, the gates of heaven are opened and in heaven is a door called (the door of the Mujahideen), is there a word that your eminence would present about the martyrs of Iraq who have sacrificed the precious and priceless for the sacred defense of Iraq and its people?
Answer:In the name of Allah, we have mentioned in previous statements that the martyr has sacrificed his most precious thing, which is life for the sake of Allah. Additionally, there is a benefaction above another benefaction, and being killed for the path of Allah has no benefaction above it, but all goodness is in the sword and under its shadow. It was mentioned that the martyr who was killed for the sake of Allah (especially the one who breathes his last while he is in battle, he is buried with his blood-stained clothes to stand in the hands of Allah as he is) would rewarded with rewards that Allah has made for them, including: 1 . Allah is pleased with him, which is better and greater than heaven. 2. He would be covered with clothing from paradise. 3. His sins are forgiven when the first drop of blood sheds from him. 4. He sees his home in heaven. 5. His head falls in the hands of two wives from the hoor al-'iyn [heavenly wives], wiping dust off his face and telling him: Welcome to you, and he responds the same. 6. The treasury of Paradise shall initiate him with every good wind, whichever one he takes with him. 7. It is said to his soul to relax in paradise where it wants. 8 . Looking in the face of Allah. What is meant by looking in the face of Allah is to feel the sympathy of Allah for him and the amplification of His generosity (praise to Him). And it is a comfort for every prophet and martyr( and a satisfaction from Allah is greater) This is some of what Allah has as the martyr did what he should do. As for what we must do, it is that we take care of his family and check on his orphans, so that we compensate them for losing their father and make them feel that we owe them and their father and not the opposite. Allah is the all Guide and Helper.
Question:Do all the bad deeds that a martyr had committed during his life, as well as for the rights, such as financial debts get to be deleted by the almighty, Allah?
Answer:In the name of Allah, learning from the evidence that the sins between a person and Allah, praise to Him, are forgiven once a drop of blood descends from the martyr. As for the financial rights of the people, the heirs must pay them from the money left by the martyr before dividing it among the heirs. If that was not doable, then Allah with His compassion and mercy would compensate those whom the martyr owes. And if possible, covering the obligations for him as it is better not to be neglected and those that he missed for a certain excuse according to him then the martyr's oldest son must cover these obligations for him. Allah knows best.
Question:We refer to your honorable position a consultation "on some of the matters that our Mujahideen go through in the battlefields against ISIS, hoping from you to answer them in the service of true doctrine." Q. Do the provisions of the martyr apply in terms of not washing him and shrouding, if his people could not find him alive on the following cases? A- A journalist whose mission is to cover the war in the media? B- those who can only do medicine and treat the wounded? C- Our brothers including chefs and those who volunteer to lift food supplies? D – Scholars who are among their fellow fighters in the battle fields to lift up the spirit? E- Brothers, delegates of the religious authority who go to help the displaced families, carrying with them supplies that the displaced in need for it?
