Question:In these times, pilgrims performing the Umrah Mufradah are not permitted to perform the Tawaf Al-Nisa (the circumambulation of women) after Sa'i. Is it permissible to perform it (Tawaf Al-Nisa) before Sa'i, i.e., immediately after the Tawaf Al-Umrah?
Answer:In the name of Allah, it is permissible in this case. Allah knows best.
Question:A person performed an Umrah Mufradah (independent Umrah) several years ago and later became certain that their ablution (wudu) at the time was invalid. The legal ruling requires them to perform another Umrah Mufradah to exit the state of ihram. This individual suffers from frequent doubts, particularly regarding purity and other matters. However, at the time of the Umrah Mufradah, they were relatively in control of their doubts. Now, more than two years have passed since that Umrah, and they are afraid to go and unable to follow the ruling to ignore their doubts because the doubts about the Umrah and its acts dominate them. Can they appoint someone as a proxy to perform the Umrah on their behalf to exit the state of ihram, given their fear and hesitation about going again? They are also doubtful about whether they entered the state of ihram and performed the rituals insincerely (pretending to perform them with their friends deliberately to avoid doing the Umrah) or whether they genuinely performed them with a proper intention but an invalid wudu. Someone advised them to appoint a proxy due to the hardship of their situation, but they are uncertain whether their condition qualifies as hardship since the legal ruling states that one with frequent doubts should ignore them. However, they are unable to let go of their doubts and hesitate greatly. Can they appoint a proxy to perform the Umrah Mufradah on their behalf, as well as another Umrah to expiate for the violations of ihram they committed during this period? It is worth noting that they live in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia and would need to travel to Mecca. Considering that some people experience fear regarding certain actions and are afraid to perform them, and that Islam is a religion of mercy, is appointing a proxy permissible in this case? Please provide a religious solution for this situation?
Answer:In the name of Allah, they must have faith in Allah, the Almighty, if they wish to achieve salvation on the Day of Judgment. They are required to adhere to the legal rulings and personally go to perform the Umrah with all its conditions. They should be aware that someone who is frequently doubtful and obsessive in their doubts is, as narrated by the Ahlulbayt (peace be upon them), obeying Satan. They must instead obey Allah, His Messenger (PBUH), and the Imams (PBUH), not their enemy, the accursed Satan. Allah is All-Knowing, and there is no power nor strength except through Allah.
Question:If someone entered into the state of Ihram for an individual Umrah at the end of Dhu al-Qi'dah, performed all acts of Umrah except for Tawaf al-Nisa (the Tawaf around the Kaaba for women), and then left Makkah. Later, they intended to enter Makkah in the month of Dhu al-Hijjah to perform Tawaf al-Nisa for their previous Umrah, what is the ruling here? 1-Is it obligatory for them to enter Ihram again? Or is the omitted part of their Umrah sufficient for them to enter Makkah without Ihram? 2-Does the ruling differ if Tawaf al-Nisa is for oneself or for someone else?
Answer: Answer 1: In the name of Allah, in the premise of the question, yes, it is obligatory for them to enter Ihram. Be informed that Tawaf al-Nisa is not part of Hajj or Umrah; rather, it is a means to nullify what was prohibited for them during Ihram in terms of marital relations. Allah knows best. Answer2: In the name of Allah, there is no difference in the ruling regarding this matter. Allah knows best.
Question:Is it permissible for a person to perform a second Umrah and include the Tawaf of women for a previous Umrah?
Answer:In the name of Allah, there is no problem with that. However, it's important not to miss performing Tawaf of women twice after the second Umrah. Allah knows best.
Question:What is the ruling of Umrah? What is the ruling of someone who was able to perform it without being able to perform Hajj?
Answer:In the name of Allah, be advised, my son, to me, the one-time Umrah is obligatory for those who are able to perform it during the days of Hajj other than during the days of Hajj. If a person did not perform his mandated Umrah, he must first perform the Umrah for himself, then on behalf of whomever he wants from among the righteous servants of Allah. Allah knows best.
Question:In the single Umrah and after jogging between Safa and Marwa mountains, can we do the trimming by ourselves or should we do it through another person
Answer:In the name of Allah, both ways are permissible. The one who does not finish Ihram are not permitted to trim the hair. In other words, the one who is in the state of Ihram is not permitted to trim the hair of another one who is also in the state of Ihram. Allah knows best.
Question:If a Muhrim combines a single Umrah before jogging [Saee], then he must complete his Umrah and then stay a month in Mecca and perform another Umrah after: 1. If he had only completed his first Umrah, had not stayed a month, had not come to the second Umrah and several months had passed since then, what should he do? Should he go to Mecca at any time and stay a month in therein and then perform the second Umrah? Or can he only perform the second Umrah at any time? 2. Is he regarded as in the state of Ihram between the two Umrahs? 3. Can he make the marriage contract and intercourse between the two Umrahs? 4. Can he perform the obligatory Hajj of Islam before performing the second Umrah?
Answer:A. 1. In the name of Allah, the religious ruler permits Umrah every month. Thus, as in the question, one goes in any month to perform the Umrah that he spoiled and he has to atone [Kuffarah] as we mentioned from his place. Allah knows best. A.2. In the name of Allah, one is not in the state of Ihram after trimming the head hair in the first Umrah. Allah knows best. A. 3. In the name of Allah, yes, after trimming of the first Umrah. Allah knows best. A. 4. In the name of Allah, yes it is permissible. Allah knows best.
Question:To perform the single Umrah, what are the instructions related to shaving the head? Is it necessary to completely shave the head
Answer:In the name of Allah, it is permissible to leave the Ihram for single Umrah by trimming or shaving the hair of head. Allah knows best.
Question:In a single Umrah, is it permissible for a pilgrim to perform a single Umrah on behalf of others more than once for the same person in the same month
Answer:In the name of Allah, it is permissible, but it is not valid for one person. Allah knows best.
Question:Is single Umrah obligatory or recommended, but if one cannot perform Hajj and he is able to perform a single Umrah, is it obligatory (where he is far from Mecca)?
Answer:In the name of Allah, Umrah is required as it is obligatory on every one who meets its conditions. If he could not perform Hajj, apparently it is not obligatory for someone who is entitled to perform Enjoyment Hajj, and he is not able to perform Hajj, but he is able to perform Umrah. As for the one who performs Enjoyment Hajj, Umrah is not obligatory for him at all. Allah knows best.
