Answer:In the name of Allah, prayer is valid on the bridge as it is also valid if it comes down from the bridge and prays on the ground floor and the time difference does not affect the validity of the circumambulation or the health of the prayer and Allah knows best.

Question:If the pilgrim needs to be deputized during the circumambulation for some reason, as if he had discovered the invalidity of his circumambulation after he left Makkah and he could not return, could he be deputized for him during the circumambulation and prayer, or during the circumambulation and pray in the following two assumptions: 1- If he is present in Makkah but he is unable to directly perform Tawaf himself, and he can pray, for example. 2- If he is outside Makkah.
