Question:If a pilgrim in the state of Ihram wishes to use an electric cart voluntarily, is it permissible? And if he has an attendant who can operate and stop the cart, is he allowed to use it? Additionally, is it necessary for him to ascend Safa, or is it sufficient to reach the front part of Safa?
Answer:In the name of Allah, it is not permissible. Allah knows best.
Question:If a pilgrim performing Umrah is compelled to perform Sa'i on the second floor due to extreme overcrowding in the lower level of the Sa'i area, what is his duty?
Answer:In the name of Allah, if the path of the pilgrim on the upper level is not higher in elevation than the two mountains (Safa and Marwah), then it is valid; otherwise, it is not. Allah knows best.
Question:Is it permissible to perform jogging (Sa'i) in the new jogging area?
Answer:In the name of Allah, if the beginning and the end of the new jogging area is part of the remaining of Safa and Marwa mountains, not the artificial, and the jogging person comes from a way and turn to another, there is no objection to jogging in the new jogging area. The duty, as concluded from the narrations and the holy verse, that jogging is to be done between the Safa and Marwa mountains. Allah knows best.
