Sheikh Ali Al-Najafy, the representative of Grand Ayatollah Al-Najafy (May Allah prolong his life), and director of his central office in Najaf, participated in a memorial service at the University of Babylon. The service was held to honor the memory of the martyred Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah (May Allah Sanctify His Soul) and was organized by the Directorate of Student Housing, with participation from students.

In his remarks at the service, Sheikh Al-Najafy praised Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah as a symbol of strength and resilience, especially in his steadfast opposition to the Zionist regime. He described Nasrallah as a figure who instilled fear in the hearts of the regime for decades, serving as a beacon of resistance for those defending their lands against occupation. Sheikh Al-Najafy noted that Nasrallah’s ultimate goal was the liberation of Palestine and the protection of Lebanon.

While acknowledging the great loss represented by Nasrallah's martyrdom, Sheikh Al-Najafy also affirmed that it was an immense honor for believers and resistance fighters alike. He concluded by condemning the crime, stating that it would remain a lasting stain on the Zionist entity and its supporters.
