The Grand Ayatollah Bashir Al-Najafy (may Allah prolong his life) received Allama Sayed Shameem Al-Hasan and the accompanying delegation from Anjuman Ghulaman Sayyida Zainab (peace be upon her) in Lucknow, India.

The delegation included members of the procession, along with scholars, poets, and religious guides from the city of Banaras, India. During the visit, they presented the 30th part of the Holy Quran, handwritten by Sayed Shameem Al-Hasan using Zamzam water and the blessed healing soil.

The Grand Ayatollah (may his shadow endure) commended their efforts in serving the noble cause of Islam, praying to the Almighty for their continued success and blessings. He also expressed his appreciation for their contributions and efforts.

In his address to the esteemed scholars present, His Eminence (may Allah prolong his life) emphasized the importance of revitalizing the role of the Hawza in Lucknow and restoring its former glory through collective efforts.

It is noteworthy that the voluntary work of the procession has been organized under the sponsorship and support of the office of the Grand Ayatollah (may Allah prolong his life) and under the supervision of his representative and the director of his central office in Najaf, Sheikh Ali Al-Najafy.

Every year, on the eve of the 3rd of Sha'ban, the procession organizes a grand festival in the Bayn al-Haramayn area of Karbala, titled Jashn Sabr wa Wafa, attended by poets and literary figures from India, Pakistan, and various parts of the world. They participate by delivering poetic recitations and speeches in celebration of the blessed lights of the month of Sha'ban.
