His Eminence received an official delegation from the Indian Embassy in Baghdad at his office in Najaf.

He highlighted the importance of strengthening bilateral ties between Iraq and India across all fields to serve both nations. He also called for prioritizing support for religious students in Najaf to ensure their scholarly continuity.

The embassy delegation pledged full efforts to assist the Indian community in Iraq, particularly students and pilgrims.

The delegation included:
