The representative of the office of His Eminence Grand Ayatollah Al-Najafi (may Allah prolong his life) sponsored a number of religious assemblies, lectures, and seminars in Al-Khalis District, as part of his missionary efforts in preaching and guidance.

Sheikh Hashem Salman stated that holding Hussaini mourning assemblies, seminars, and religious lectures represents a vital necessity in society, given their role in spreading religious awareness and introducing people to the biography of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) and the great sacrifices they made to champion the truth and consolidate the principles of Islam. He emphasized the need for these assemblies to serve as platforms for preaching, guidance, sound upbringing, and community service.

"We ensure that religious assemblies include both men and women, and that their content closely addresses the needs of society. Our goal is to spread Islamic culture, preserve religious and Hussaini rituals, and defend them through awareness, knowledge, and commitment." He added.

He stressed that when rituals are combined with knowledge, ethics, and proper direction, they contribute to building a generation that holds fast to its religion, values, and the heritage of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them).

He explained that organizing these assemblies provides an important space for awareness, preaching, religious guidance, and clarifying the rulings and issues that believers need in their daily lives. He highlighted that when religious programs address societal realities and present knowledge clearly, they help achieve the public interest and reinforce commitment to Islamic values.
