His Eminence, the Religious authority, Grand Ayatollah Sheikh Bashir Al-Najafy (may Allah prolong his life) welcomed His Eminence, the distinguished scholar, Sayyid Murtadha Murtadha Al-Amili, among religious scholars and dignitaries from Lebanon and the Imam of the Twelver Shia Islamic community in Kenya. He has rendered numerous services in serving the believers and spreading the banner of the Seal of the Prophets in the African continent.

During the meeting, they discussed the status, greatness, and position of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), as well as the current state of Islam and Muslims worldwide, particularly in Africa, and the dissemination of religious awareness of authentic Muhammadan Islam in society, so that they may be knowledgeable and well-versed in the true creed and proper conduct.
