Sheikh Ali al-Najafi, the representative of His Eminence Ayatollah Grand Religious Authority Al-Najai (May Allah prolong his life) and director of his central office in Najaf al-Ashraf, received a delegation of sheikhs and notables from Iraqi tribes.

During the meeting, he emphasis was placed on the prominent role undertaken by Iraqi tribes in promoting the authentic Islamic and Arab identity among the younger generations. The tribes were highlighted as a social and moral pillar that has historically contributed to preserving principles and ethics.

The discussion also addressed the status and immense merit of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), and the elevated rank with which Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) distinguished them above all other people. The conversation stressed the necessity of adhering to their righteous path, following in their footsteps, and emulating their blessed conduct, considering this the path to salvation in this world and the hereafter, and the key to attaining true happiness.

His Eminence Sheikh Ali al-Najafi emphasized the importance of concerted efforts between the religious authorities and the Iraqi tribes in preserving religious and social values, and strengthening the spirit of responsibility towards society, serving the unity and stability of the country.
