The representative of His Eminence The Religious Authority Grand Ayatollah Sheikh Bashir Al-Najafi (may Allah prolong his life) and the Director of his Central Office, His Eminence Sheikh Ali Al-Najafi, delivered an intellectual lecture as part of the dialogue symposium organized by the Authority of Imam Al-Dhamin (peace be upon him) at the Grand Mosque of Ghamas in Al-Diwaniyah Province / Ghamas District, under the title: "Practical Waiting (Al-Intidhar) in Light of Contemporary Challenges."

During the symposium, His Eminence addressed the importance of establishing the concept of practical waiting in the lives of the believers and the necessity of confronting intellectual and social challenges with a spirit of awareness and responsibility.

His Eminence also affirmed the great role of the faithful youth in preserving religious identity and authentic Islamic values, and in strengthening their connection to the path and line of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), and to the religious authority  which represents an extension of the school of the Immaculate Imams (peace be upon them).

The symposium witnessed a good attendance of the city's dignitaries and its academic elite, as well as a group of young people interested in intellectual and cultural discourse. The symposium concluded with a notable interaction with the themes raised by His Eminence, as he also answered questions from the attendees in a distinguished dialogue atmosphere that reflected the extent of interest in the topic presented.
