Answer:In the name of Allah, the employee is a salaried employee who deserves the monthly salary - the fee. Once the contract is written and the employer is fully employed for the entire period of work according to what was stated in the lease contract, he must remain in the department even if there is no work. As for the employer who was unable to reach the department as mentioned in the question, he is required to work in the amount of time in which he was unable to reach. And his inability to reach only removes the religious punishment, but his liability remains in terms of work. Thus, he must make up for that time after agreeing with the employer - the director of the department - and if he does not, he deserves the punishment by Allah Almighty and is held accountable by the employer. Question:I am a teacher. Is it permissible for me to give tutoring lectures after working hours?

Answer:In the name of Allah, we do not prevent teachers from giving tutoring lectures or practicing teaching in private schools, but we reject the failure to work from the teacher in the official working hours. Allah is the all Guide and Knowing.

Question:What is the ruling on beating a student? What is your advice to teachers in this regard?

Answer:In the name of Allah, the teacher is like a parent in education, furthermore the loyal teacher in religious education is more honorable than the father. But, the teacher should not strike unless he knows that it is necessary and is limited to the least that can be done with it. Allah is the all Guide and Knowing.

Question:Is it permissible to study in coed systems (men with women) even at this time of sedition?

Answer:In the name of Allah, Islam does not prevent the study and science if it is done while maintaining the religion and the veil for women. Allah knows best.

Question:Is the time for performing the prayer in the workplace a time when the employee is not entitled to a salary because it may be in violation of the contract between the two parties, even if the time for performing the prayer does not affect work?

Answer:In the name of Allah, if the delay in prayer requires that the employee misses the prayer time, then it is not permissible to delay it, and the permission of the employer or the director of the department is not required in that. Allah knows best.

Question:1- If the teacher ends his duty during the working hours, is it permissible for him to leave before the prescribed time, and does it differ in that the exit is with the permission of the school principal or not? 2- If he does not have any duty at school on one day, does he need to attend school? 3- On the assumption of non-permissibility in the aforementioned questions, is there a problem in taking the salary in proportion to that period of time?

Answer:A 1. In the name of Allah, it is not permissible for him to leave except with the permission of the principal if his permission is within the law. Allah knows best. A 2. In the name of Allah, yes, he must be present from the beginning of work. Allah knows best. A 3. In the name of Allah, the employee has the salary as soon as the employment contract is completed, but the employee remains responsible for the parties hiring him in case he fails to show up on time. Question:We are a group of teachers asking your eminence about our religious position regarding the issue of private teaching process, taking into account that we do not teach the same students who are in our school but rather from outside the school (from other schools or external students) and as it is clear that students are different levels. We take fees for that. So we would like to know your rational opinion, is it a fatwa or a precaution?

Answer:In the name of Allah, if the student needs such a tutoring and he cannot for some reason or another be satisfied with the school due to deficiency in the school or in the teachers in his school, then it is permissible. Allah is the all Guide and Knowing.

Question:Does the teacher have to attend from the beginning of the work, even if he does not have lectures to perform, such as his lecture in the third one, should he attend from the beginning of the work?

Question:What are the limits (fellowship or friendship) among students?

Answer:In the name of Allah, the fellowship among the girls themselves and/or boys must be confined to the religiously legal limits. As for the fellowship between the sexes in the sense of friendship, it is one of the great sins that an honest Arab man does not do, and an honest Arab girl with a religion does not do it either. Question:What is the ruling of someone who is associated with a female student and her feelings are associated with him, and then he leaves her or vice versa?

Answer:In the name of Allah, if the engagement is religiously unlawful, then leaving it is a good deed and they must repent for what they have committed in the event of the association. Allah is the all Guide and Knowing.
