Answer:In the name of Allah, the mentioned work is forbidden and a major sin. Be advised that being outcaste from your community is better than being worthy of torment in the fire of Hell. Allah is all Knowing and Guide.

Question:We are female students in the dormitory, we sometimes dance amongst ourselves. Is it permissible for us to do so

Answer:In the name of Allah, if the dance is free from sexual arousal, then there is no objection, provided that no man watches the dance. Allah is the all Guide.

Question:Is it permissible to joke with my teacher? As a female-student, I study with him, I see my female colleagues joking with the professor and almost all the professors, laughing with us and introducing pleasure in his heart and face. If we talk to him, what are the limits of that according to Sharia

Answer:In the name of Allah, it is not permissible, my daughter, to speak to a non-mahram, except in necessity. Kidding, flirtation, or soft talk to bring the passion of the foreign man is not permissible. All these are major sins for which the girls who does it deserve hell if she does not repent sincerely. Question:My home is far from the university and there is no place in the dormitory, but my friends brought me in without the knowledge of the authorities, notifying that not staying in the dormitory means I cannot go to college

Answer:In the name of Allah, this is not permissible without the permission of the party in charge. Allah knows best.

Question:I am a college student and my expenses budget is not enough for me. Is it permissible for me to take from religious rights, noting that I cannot work while studying?

Answer:In the name of Allah, whoever wants to pay you some of the religious rights due on him, let him ask permission from us to give him approval, Inshallah. Allah is the all Guide.

Question:Is it permissible to enter in a temporary marriage contract with my female classmate? If it is not permissible, then I am compelled between the contract and committing a forbidden act?

Answer:In the name of Allah, it is permissible to enter a temporary marriage contract for the sake of conversation only without flirtation, without touching, and without sexual pleasure, whether by words, by touching, or by others relevant acts. Allah is the all Guide and Knowing.

Question:Is love forbidden, even if the chastity is preserved? Is it permissible to tell the other party that I love him/her?

Answer:In the name of Allah, if the intended love is that of the boy’s love to the girl who is not forbidden for him to marry and is not married to him, then this is one of the crimes and also a basis of spreading moral, religious and social corruption that he does not do with someone else and does not do it with chastity and purity. It is narrated about the Infallible Imams (PBUH) that the one who kids with a woman who is not forbidden to him, Allah Almighty puts him in Hell for every word for a long time (the implication of the Imams’ saying). Question:Sometimes the teacher requires students to attend extra classes; due to his failure to complete the syllabus material previously. Is forcing students to attend the extra class religiously problematic?

Answer:In the name of Allah, if it is in the interest of the students, they must comply with the order of the teacher, especially if it is under the supervision of the administration. Allah knows best.

Question:Some teachers take advantage of the class of athletics and art education for the purpose of teaching a primary material. Should the teacher take the students’ permission?

Question:Does the teacher have the right to take the minutes allocated for students to take a break from teaching, and does he have to ask the students for permission? And if students fear refusal, should he not use these minutes to teach?

Answer:In the name of Allah, if it has a benefit for the students, he does not need permission from them, but the teacher does what is beneficial to the students. It is better to get an approval from the school principal so that there is no work inconvenience. Allah knows best.
