Question:I have missed many Ramadhan months. I request your eminence to guide me how to pay the atonement (Kaffara) and how much?

Answer:In the name of Allah, you must fast all the months you missed and pay the atonement for every day you deliberately missed which is either to fast two consecutive months, freeing a slave, or feeding sixty needy. You have to get back to the mercy of Allah by repenting and regretting what you did. How could you stand before Allah and ask for his Saints’ intercession? There is no strength but from Almighty Allah. Allah knows best.
