Question:There is a suspicion that the boy is not the same as the fetus when it comes to the religious side unless he comes out of his mother's womb, so the verses indicating the prohibition of killing the child do not indicate the prohibition of aborting the fetus even if the soul enters into it?
Answer:In the name of Allah, the verses (Ayat) and evidence you referred to are not the only ones to prove the prohibition of abortion. Allah knows best.

Answer:In the name of Allah, if the survival of the fetus is causing death to the mother (100%) according to doctors, then it is permissible, and the blood money (Diyya) of the aborted should be paid , which is determined according to the period of pregnancy. Allah knows best.

Answer:In the name of Allah, abortion medications may not be used if she knew the existence of pregnancy and the desirable precaution is to leave even with suspicion. Allah knows best.

Question:Is it permissible to abort a two-month old fetus by the wife if the fetus's stay may cause her problems because she is about to divorce her husband? Q2 - If the fetus is aborted, how much is the amount of legal blood money (Diyya) that must be paid, and to whom?
Answer:In the name of Allah, abortion is a sin, disobedience and killing of a believer if one of the parents of the fetus or both are Muslims. Abortion is prohibited at any stage of pregnancy and what I mean by pregnancy is after a moment of the start of the fertilization of the ovum and what was mentioned in the question does not justify abortion. As for the amount of blood money (Diya), it is determined in light of determining the period of pregnancy. It is twenty dinars for every forty days of pregnancy. What is meant is the gold dinar, which is equal to the legitimate (Sharia) weight, which is three quarters of the exchange weight of gold. And if the pregnancy is at eighty days, the blood money is forty dinars until the end of four months, so the blood money will be full for the male and half for the female and between each stage in percentage. Question:A woman got pregnant with a deformed fetus that had died and then got pregnant again and the fetus is now four months old, and it is also deformed according to the doctors’ statement. This caused her psychological trauma. Is it permissible for her to abort this fetus when it is at this age?
Answer:In the name of Allah, abortion is prohibited as in the question and Allah is able to protect the child from the aforementioned disease. Allah knows best.
