Question:What is the ruling regarding a piece of unfenced land concerning Khums? Is Khums due on it?
Answer:In the name of Allah, if it is legally owned and under his disposal, then Khums is obligatory on it based on the market value. Allah knows best.
Question:If experts differ in the value of the property that its owner intends to donate, with some stating its price as $50,000, others as $70,000, and some claiming it to be $90,000, should we consider the average price or the highest prices?
Answer:In the name of Allah, it is precautionary to take the highest prices to ensure the fulfillment of your obligation towards the rights of the Imam and the rights of the poor beneficiaries. Allah knows best.

Answer:In the name of Allah, if you buy from the money from which Khums is already taken out, there is no need for taking Khums, no matter how long it lasts. In addition, if you buy from money from which Khums is taken out, but it is used in the customary manner, then they are left, so the Khums will not be applicable either. Question:The one who owns a group of animals that are covered by zakat if their number is less than the quorum, are they included in the Khums?
Answer:In the name of Allah, Khums is taken out at current price. However, zakat is not required only with the availability of the quorum and other conditions mentioned in our practical treatises. Allah knows best.
