Question:If one performed ablution with the intention of being pure, he can perform all the worshipping acts which demand purity (in the state of wudhu’). What about if someone performed ablution with the intention of reciting Quran? Can he perform other worshipping acts preconditioned with purity, like prayers for example?
Answer:In the name of Allah, it is permissible according to me. Allah knows best.
Question:If a person is performing ablution and when he reached to the stage of wiping over his head, his hand dried, his ruling is to make his hand wet from his beard. However, if hand of the woman dries on the same stage, how shall she make her hand wet again?
Answer:In the name of Allah, she makes her hand wet from her eyebrows, but if she does not have eyebrows, she has to repeat the ablution. Allah knows best.
Question:If a person is doing ablution for another person for any reason, should he pure (in the state of wudhu’)?
Answer:In the name of Allah, his hand must be pure, but he does not have to be in the state of ablution. Allah knows best.
Question:If a person was wiping his left hand before the right one in ablution whether unaware, inadvertent, or negligent, is his ablution correct?
Answer:In the name of Allah, the ablution is incorrect as in the question. Consequently, the prayers done in this ablution must be performed again as qadhaa. Allah knows best.
Question:Are the two rules of “finishing and moving on” applicable on the sub acts of ablution and after finishing it?
Answer:In the name of Allah, the rule of exceeding is not applicable in ablution. If you doubt in washing an organ and you are busy washing another organ, you must return to the questionable and then continue to work in the required order. As for the rule of finishing, it is applicable as it is in the prayers and others. Allah knows best.
Question:While praying, If a person thinks that he has performed ablution, is it right for him to complete his prayer?
Answer:In the name of Allah, yes, it is permissible and he must complete his prayer. It is also permissible for him to start another prayer, if he is content that he is in ablution state. Allah knows best.
Question:While praying, the prayer doubts whether he has ablated or not. What is the ruling here?
Answer:In the name of Allah, he has to complete this prayer and perform ablution for the next one. Allah knows best.
Question:If a person doubts in one of his ablution sub acts, does he have to do it and do the next act? This is in case his doubt happens before he finishes it. What about if his doubt happens after he finishes it, whether he starts the next sub act or not?
Answer:In the name of Allah, he has to do the sub act which he doubts in and the next sub act whether the doubt happens during or after the sub act as long as he is still in ablution process. Allah knows best.
Question:It was reported that one of the characteristics of the hair that is wiped upon in ablution is that its seedlings should be at the front of head, and its length should not exceed its limit. Should the limit not exceed the area of the forehead from the quarter above the forehead and not reach above the forehead?
Answer:In the name of Allah, it should not exceed the head limit and reach the forehead. If it reached the forehead, it exceeded its limit. Allah knows best.
Question:If a person wipes on the front of his head on the side of the forehead, or on the top of his head optionally or obligatory, does his wiping correct?
Answer:In the name of Allah, it is correct as in the question. Allah knows best.
